1. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order if the order has not been processed. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (sleepingood8@gmail.com) with your change/cancellation request details included, this will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

2. I didn't receive the order confirmation.
Please leave correct email address in your order so that the order confirmation and shipping notification will be updated to your inbox.

1. What the delivery company you use?
We have USPS, DHL, E-Packet, EMS, FedEx, Aramex, JCEX, etc.
Attention: The shipping confirmation/notification will be updated with you via email when your orders are fulfilled.

2. How long does it to take for preparing an order?
If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours. If not, we may need 3-7 working days to prepare for that. 

3. How long does it take to deliver it to me?

4. How do I track my order?
